SHIPPING INFORMATION

Domestic Shipping (United States)
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days — FREE on orders over $99 / $7.95 flat rate under $99 Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days — $14.95 Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days — $24.95
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Order Tracking

Every order includes a tracking number sent via email once your package ships. You can track your order at any time by clicking the link in your shipping confirmation email or by logging into your account on ShopFluxFort.com.

International Shipping

We currently ship primarily within the continental United States. For international inquiries, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

RETURN POLICY

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to the following conditions.
Eligible for Return: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.
Not Eligible for Return: Items that have been opened, used, or show signs of wear. Items returned after the 30-day window. Items damaged through misuse or negligence (not manufacturing defects).

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

  1. Email us at team@shopfluxfort.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions within 24 hours
  3. Ship the item back in its original packaging with the RA number clearly marked
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping required on our end.

REFUND PROCESSING

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we process it. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
