FluxFort Return & Refund Policy
At FluxFort, we build gear for the field. We understand that in emergency preparedness, your equipment must be right. If your gear doesn't meet the mission requirements, we are here to help you get squared away.
1. Returns

Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Safety Exception: For health and safety reasons, certain items such as medical kits, first-aid supplies, and water filtration systems cannot be returned once the factory seal is broken.

Process: To start a return, you can log in to your Customer Account or contact our support team. Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions.
2. Refunds

Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your returned gear, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Store Credit: At your request, we can issue a refund as FluxFort Store Credit, allowing you to swap for different gear immediately without waiting for bank processing.
3. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
4. Damaged or Defective Gear
Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We stand by the durability of our equipment.
5. Return Shipping
Unless the item is defective or the error was on our part, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
