FluxFort Shipping Policy

At FluxFort, we know that when you order survival gear, you need it ready for deployment. We prioritize secure packaging and reliable carriers to ensure your gear arrives intact and on time.

1. Order Processing Times

  • Standard Orders: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

  • High-Demand Periods: During major sales or high-volume emergency events, processing may take up to 5 business days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in your shipment.

  • Note: We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: (3-7 business days) – Rates vary by weight and destination.

  • Expedited Shipping: (1-3 business days) – Available for most tactical gear and lightweight items.

  • Heavy Gear: Survival kits containing bulk water, batteries, or large-scale tools may incur a weight-based shipping surcharge.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has reached the "Deployment" phase, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can also track your gear directly through your FluxFort Customer Account.

4. Restricted Items & International Shipping

  • Domestic: We ship to all 50 U.S. states and APO/FPO addresses.

  • International: We currently offer international shipping to select regions. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

  • Restricted Gear: Certain tactical items (such as knives or high-capacity power banks) may have shipping restrictions based on your local state or country laws. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the gear is legal in their jurisdiction.

5. Damages

FluxFort is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping if the carrier is at fault. However, we stand by our customers. If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and contact our support team immediately.
